I just purchased a 4x4 grow tent package from growerhouse and was very happy with the quality of everything.
After setting up everything and filled it with plants, within 2 weeks the zipper derails and is useless. I know things happen so I contacted them. The customer service rep says that they will send me a few dollars toward the purchase of the tent. WTF is that going to do? I explained to him that that wasn’t going to help me any. His next solution was to just send me an RMA and he said for me to send everything back in the original packaging. Also, I’m responsible for the cost of sending it back. He never once said sorry for the problem or offered any solution.
Stay away from these idiots and do yourself a favor and save and get a gorilla tent. I just ordered one.
