Hey fellow tokers! New on here and this is my first post. So I thought I'd make it worth your time n mine to advise EVERYONE to stay away from SensibleSeeds.com. SWIM placed their first order ever for beans and it's been less than favorable with the above mentioned bank. Their whole attitude is cool when you place an order with them(cause your giving them money). But if you have any issues receiving your order their customer service turns to shit afterwards. SWIM never had attitude with them or used vulgar language, they were asked simple questions about an order and was given blunt/careless replies. I work in customer service and know what customer service is. This bank has less than mediocre customer service. It was also mentioned that insurance was purchased and they didn't acknowledge it, so what does that got to tell ya about them???!!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid them, even if they're the only ones that carry a certain strain or whatever product. SWIM is out over $100 bucks which to them is a big deal. Thought it would be worthwhile to share the two cents and experience. If anyone can suggest personally great banks to deal with, feel free to share that info here if you read this post. On the flip side if you know which to avoid also share that as well. Located in states if that's a help. Thanks for your time n replies!
