It's his first grow, I think it will be fine with that LED. That is a good LED as well for that space and as a strong diode. This being his first grow, maybe he should get a few grows under his belt give him time to save up and look at other options.

I wouldn't mix LED with CFL, I think it be hard to mixed the two even more with your limited space. Most of the time, cfl has to be super duper close, 1-2 inches away, and that would block LED light from getting it I feel.

I was just suggesting for higher yields, I wasn't saying it wouldn't work. I would, however, do a very miniature SoG or just a single plant with that setup.

Hey, man, don't mistake me for shitting on you, I'm just saying that eventually, when you can, get a second LED set up for flower and use both. You will seriously notice a difference and if you sell to friends, it'll pay for itself. I don't suggest that if you're somewhere that doesn't condone, but there is that.

Btw you using them long hangers for your light. The metal hook looking things. I don't know about that model but mine was long. I removed them, put 3 zip ties on each side, so my pulls could hook on. If not could buy you a bit more wiggle room.

image.jpeg image.jpeg So I'm going to up my feeding. Been doing 3/4 teaspoon per gallon water of MB and I teaspoon Calimagic per gallon water

Purple stems are becoming more visible, stems feel weak and I'm startin to get these brownish spots. My ph has been at 6.0 I mostly go by the Drop PH tester. I have a cheap PH meter but I haven't calibrated yet, when I test it it always comes back to the low 6.0-6.2.

My RH has been going up and down lately. 69% being the highest sometimes and hitting the low 30%

I don't water to run-off usually. But I did this last time and the run off came back at 6.4 PH....

I kinda suck at hand watering and this last feed I kinda watered heavier on some parts more than others.

Im not sure what else I'm leaving out

When I look at those spots I want to say ph. I had an issue with my oh meter my last grow. Always read out to 5.9, got new meter my water was 4.2. It really suffered.

Get decent ph meter and 7.0 Cali solution. Also get storage solution, other wise prob will die on it, that was my issue. No mater how many times I calibrated, it was very wrong.

You don't think the GH Liqud tester drop is accurate ? I've always had the color within range , and I use RO water

I thought you had a meter, you said you never calibrated. People use hem drops and sticks all the time. For me I never liked them.

It looks maybe cal/mag, but with your nutes, that should not be an issue. Maybe wait for others to post their thoughts.

So I think my PH is fine.

Spotty leafs , curling upward ,

I'm leaning towards more of a cal mag issue, I'm going to give it Calimagic want water only tonight and wait and see what's up with the new growth.

Alright any care to share some input. I'm venturing into unknown waters here.

I just did a mini flush with plain RO water, pored enough water to get an accurate reading.

My PH came back at 5.5-5-8
TDS was at 1750 PPM

So with this information is it safe to say I over fed my lady and now she's lockout ? And that's the reason why she's not taking in the Calimagic ?

What should I do next
