Stealth growing

I am tryin to help my brother grow and the way his house is setup he has one closet and everything else is in the open pretty much. There is one door in the house and it to he bathroom. So what i am tryin to do is set up somethin that will sit somewhere but not look like a garden. Maybe inside some not to big like an old dresser. any ideas? He only wants to grow maybe 4 or 5 plants.

if he uses a nice big closet, he can get away with a 400watt and lots of ventilation, keep the door open til 12/12 dark cycle and get an oscillating fan. i would not recommend growing in a dresser cus youll prolly be using CFLs, which produce whispy, mediocre weed. do it the real way and use the closet w/ a nice light, htgsupply.com has them for $120 and fans are like $20.

I dont wonna be ignorant, but he has one closet in the bathroom and thats it. He could grow in it but thats also taking away from his home confort because he keeps cloths, stuff, and all kinds of things in it. And im sayin i think he could grow in it but i dont think he will go for that. He i also on a budget. So i plan to get a real small hps light and fabricate somekind of air flow to keep it cool. I was thinkin to put a fan blowin on the leaves and make some sort of exhaust to blast air out of it.

You can grow decent bud in a stealth cab - like a dresser. Absolutely.

Keep looking around and you'll find many creative examples of stealth.

you can rip the guts out of any decent size box (wardrobe, armoire, dresser - something like that) and put a couple of plants in there.

The problem with a stealth grow is getting good ventilation. not only do you need a constant supply of fresh air (more is better) - you also need to be able to exhaust hot (and often) pungent air. it sounds like you are growing in an apartment - that means odor control becomes one of the top priorities - and whatever is controlling odor (filter of some sort) will also need concealed.

i picked up seemorebuds book and read through it and really enjoyed it.

i have never grown per the books instructions, but if i were just starting out - i'd be trying out that system.

thanks, but no he is way out in the sticks and his house in basicly a giant arrow. think of a log cabin tee pee. But my plan is to find some kind of junk that 2 by 5 and atleast 4 ft tall, and then he can use a flouescent light till he can save his dirty money and invest in better growing tools such as lights venelation fert gauges and shit like that.

if you're talking about an A-frame log cabin - i am very familiar. why worry about stealth if he is out in the boonies? at least you won't have any problem getting fresh air and ventilation.

the seemorebuds book is how to do it on the cheap. it is subtitled: grow 8 oz. of bud for less than $100 (not sure if that includes the book or not).
