These are about the last 2-3 weeks of flowering stage. I went out to check my plants and one of them was turning a dark purple. is this bad? if it is is there something I could do to fix that? or is it not a problem?

dont hold this one to me, but i do believe i have read or heard something about purple stems are a sign the plant is fighting off infection of some sort. again, that may totally be bullshit.

most likely its just the genetics of your plant though bro.

as long as your growth doesnt seem to be stunted??

looking great though man, roll with it!

good luck

purple stems. high ph. if your using the hose to water . you will have to use buckets check the ph . its a tad to high. also if your doing massive amounts of plants. you can get an adapter from a hydro store that will correct the ph automatically hook right to your hose cost about 300 bucks.

I don't think it'll be a big problem man. Are you using nutes? If not, do yourself and your plants a favor and get some Fox Farm. Less than 20 bucks a bottle.

last year I really really overdid nutes for one plant. it burned the fuck out of it, its stems turned purple and never really recoverd from it, I think its fighting some kind of problem.

If your plant looks healthy I wouldn't worry about it. Could be due to temperature differences also.
