Hi Everyone, I need to know how everyone is getting such huge stems on their plants. I see alot of folks using CFL's during VEG and the stems look huge compared to mine which are F4 clones under 400 W HPS @ 10 inches. I've got 12" buckets and I'm going to be using Fox Farm Nutes. Is this due to me using an HPS during veg. Is it C02? I need some info everyone. Help me out.

BTW...I am only on Day 4 after transplanting the rooted clones

give it time. Those massive stems don't come over night they take time to build to that stage. Just keep a nice strong oscillating fan on them let them work out a bit and your stems will grow.

First - welcome to the site!

Second - you are well on your way to getting those big stems - your plants look fine! :leaf:

Third - to answer your question - i find close powerful lights and good circulation (a breeze blowing on them) keep the stems nice and strong to hold nice big fat gooey buds! :joint:

Those plants look lovely, what strain are they?
Yo Ranunky. I've got 2 DOA (kush hybrid) and 1 Alaskan Thunderfuck. These are F4 clones (still not sure what that means). I got them from a NORML grower who said they are 15th generation. Crazy. I hope they live up to the hype.
