Stems are weak leaves are curling/drooping

It is important to set pH the same when you are rotating between water and with a nutrient solution because the pH will almost definitely differ. This is known as pH fluctuation by the way
It really don't matter in an organic soil.

It buffers pH. PH swings as soil dries to allow proper nutrient uptake.

Op is also using fox farm minerals. This is why I can't stand fox farm. They get these organic soil growers using fertilizer salts. That tiger bloom crap will crystallize if you leave it sit out. FFOF on it's own is probably fine but those bottled nutrients and fertilizer salts screw a lot of new growers.

Oh. Makes sense. I was thinking water only. I thought fox farm minerals was the dry stuff.

I would do one or the other. If I was going to do synthetic I would do hydro or coco. Might as well get faster growth if I'm using synthetics.

I am a first-time grower... I'm growing in a 4 x 4 tent with 1000 watt HPS light. I have 2 6in duct fans plus a rotating clip fan. I use Happy frog soul and 5 gallon fabric pots for my plants as well as the Fox Farm minerals every other feeding. I am on week 3 day 5 of veg and my Mad man OG is beginning to droop and some leaves are curling. I only water twice a week (one gallon)... I usually wait until the soil is dry up to my first knuckle and the bottom of the pot has also dried. HELP ME PLEASE!! View attachment 3709890 View attachment 3709893 View attachment 3709895
Upping the potassium will promote water and nutrient exchange between plant cells and help strengthen the stems. DO NOT OVER DO IT! If you use too much potassium or calcium you will lock out the magnesium.

So should I not use the nutes??

Just keep doing what you're doing add something with a little potassium or K as in npk. Make sure the root ball in the center of the pot isn't drying out. When you transplant from a small pot to a larger one, the center can dry out faster than the soil around it until the roots start to grow outward and fill the new pot. Try watering at the base of the stalk for a little while and see if that helps the drooping. You might want to get some calmag plus for later.

Don't water them all at one time either. Moist soil takes water better than dry soil.

Water them once and wait about 10-15 minutes and water again.

If they get dry or get hydrophobic add a drop or two of dish soap. Like dawn. It will break the water tension and allow for more water to be absorbed.

How do I up the potassium
N-P-K: The elemental shorthand for the three major nutrients in fertilizers. “N” stands for Nitrogen, “P” stands for Phosphate (P2O2) and “K” stands for Potash (K2O). These are the chemical forms of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium that are present in fertilizers.
Look at the NPK value on what ever you're feeding them. You need something with a little K but not too much.

OK PEOPLE....I'M PRETTY SURE SOMETHING IS GOING ON....the leaves are hooking down and their very dark...some yellowing on the hook leaf is starting at the tip.....

It's really hard to help you because you only have pictures of nice looking plants. Show us what you're talking about. I want to see what you're feeding it, how much your feeding it, temps, ph of the nutrient solution.
Do you think that I should go ahead and flower on the first day of the 4th week judging by the distance between the plants and the light at this point?
Your plants will double or even triple in size when you start flowering. If your having trouble now then it will show up even worse when you flip the lights.

Me my self , and this is imo, would do some major lst a week more than flip, but they big and healthy enough to go ahead flip when ya want, they will 2x 3x there size, many as you have it will be easier for you to go ahead tho, easier to maintain, is a b sometimes, measure your plants, x by 3 worse case, get u a idea
