So I have some tropicana cookies growing and every day they just look worse and worse before and after watering. today a middle plant just decided to break at the center few colas and everything on that plant looks close to doing the same. the plants have way too many colas to add a net or bamboo steaks and im not sure what to do. they are in a 10 gallon pot and are only 3 feet tall yet they have the stems of a tiny plant like its still in veg yet they are 50 days into flower but no where near ready to be chopped. Any ideas on what I should do? its givin me anxiety

I put string around all em and put em closer to the walls but the colas are so fat ( first world problems i know lol) that they simply cant support them self with out a net sadly. they fall in on them self so much even after i did all that. the stems are so bendy even though i gave em a bit more nitrogen than what i wanted to this close to the end of flower. I'm prolly never gonna do a run on this strain again or if i do i wont top em this much. Damn I really thought this was gonna be my best grow too

the girls are on day 50 i have done that and proped em up against a wall yet they still fall into eachother even after all the stringing up and prep
Have you pics? Besides tying up individual branches and not moving, her I dunno what else to suggest. Ya reckon canes are a no go?

Teflon thread tape and wooden dowels or skewers to splint the weak stems. I strongly suggest a fan or two that actually move your girls next run. That movement strengthens the stems and prevents these things. Most are clueless as to what they are removing by growing indoors.

YW. Peace.

Some strains are like that, noodle stems. I like to supercrop them a lot in veg, then just tie them up every which way during flower.

I just increase fan velocity and angles of engagement. Works more than not. Got some spindly long legged Bohdi's that can have major issues.

Yeah i have a circulating dyson fan to make sure everything is getting proper air stress for those stems to strengthen up. its on a medium setting so theres not too much blowing on em

Could have bought 4 12" metal blade oscillating fans for that ticket price. But keep them swaying. It works.

Oh forsure but i was limited on space and only had an 8 inch diamater space for a large enough fan (its one of those tall skinny ones)... plus it was free lol
