sterile water-- is it good to use???

we have lots of 1leater bottles of sterile water.. i have been using this water for my babies. any body know if this is good or bad for the plants?? the bottle says that the ph is from 5.0-7.0. in my head im thinking this is the perfect ph. but I am new at all of this and i dont want to loose the race. also everything i have is outside.. if i could get some help that would be great.

well after a little research.. i found that sterile water is just fine for the plant.. i just need to keep close eye on the ph in the soil and add the right amount of nuts when needed.. if anybody disagrees with me.. please let me know.
