I plan to. I have so much GDP pollen right now It should be enough..... I will collect as much of the BD as I can as well.

Going to pick the best of the progeny to BX and eventually market.
It will take a bit of time before they are stable.

But the next few grows are for seeds and only going with simple 11-12 week grows.

Probably won't be cloning anything unless I only get one good female.
If I have to clone, then it will take a little longer for the first grow.
but the other 2 should go fast.

Because of all this stabilizing I plan to put out F1s and just label them as such.
And as the genetics stabilize put out more "labels" for each strain.
Updates for each will be available on the site, and we will probably continue to sell off the stock of the original F1 until gone.

As for pollen storage. Right now, I am just drying the pollen out completely inside a NoGoo container using the heat from my 150w HPS.
Once dry I screw the cap on and just check it daily for clumping. Any clumps mean moisture is still inside.

I've been told freezers hold it longer than keeping it out.
Not sure though. I'm completely new to this whole experience.
:)

You got Purple Dream pollen? nice. I'm making my own Purple Dream lol...

It's just so weird how the first 2 didn't work at HIGHER ppm readings...

Fine with me. lol. I just couldn't complete what I set out to do originally if I didn't get this pollen.

Post #1 would be useless for the most part. lol.

I use the colloidal silver method to fem my plants but I use 500 ppm from the get go and I was taught and found as well as if you look around spraying the plants 3 times a day but I start out with known fem plants. I spray starting when I first see the hairs just start to come in like first week in 12 / 12 . i found using any lower ppm I didn't get the effect and if I didnt sparay multiple times a day I can't get them to cross over. I do keep my lights soft though as the colloidal can burn or kill them under big light. Ill get my crossed fem to create pollen and then I use a fine paint brush to brush pollen on female hairs of another plant. Pollen will keep for a year or so if stored in airtight container and in a freezer.

If you take a look at the first few pages you will see i started higher PPMs than the 50-100PPM I just finished up with.

I started 2 clones of Blue Dream spraying 2 times a day 1 week before 12/12.
exactly 7 days after spraying with 150PPM i moved them to 12/12 in a closet with a 150w HPS.
Once i moved them to the closet I started with 250PPM, a few days later 300PPM.
and finally was up to and used for than 2fl oz. of 500PPM Colloidal Silver.
3 weeks in 12/12 before I threw them away. No change in sex.

THIS TIME:
I started 8 days before the flip. with 50PPM.
Used 50PPM throughout the first week of 12/12
upped to 100PPM and finished off all the CS I had left.

I thought it didn't work again, and ordered more CS which should be in monday.
Now 2 days after stopping twice daily sprayings, the BD popped 2 balls.
I have to check the WHOLE plant still for more.

I just got excited and took off for the computer once i saw it FINALLY took.
I've been working on turning BD for over a month now.
3 clones the charm lol..

Also, Thank you for the INFO on storage. I really needed to know that. I have pollen I HAVE to store for BXing the progeny.

Like all things each person finds what works for them. I never could get any action when using under 500 ppm sprays. The people I learned from and the videos I watched usually used the higher ppm but I had seen luck with 250 ppm. Your srpay is it pure ie the water used to create it had no additive in it ie basically reverse osmosis water from the manufacture? I had seen alot on making sure it was a 0 ppm base water as a lot of companies have other additives in the mix when its a human grade consumable from like a health store company and that caused some issue with some people too.I tend to just use a good sized branch with female hairs on it so dont use as much spray.

Here is another spray based on giberellic acid

I tried to explain that idc what ppm reading you start out with, it is strain releated. Starting out, hiigh/low really isn't the thing here. It is strain related. I had a Bluedream I pollinated a few yrs back, and had the same issues with it. Some just try and stay true to there genetic makeup (fem/male). On the other hand, I've had some strains turn after 5 to 7 days of spraying.. Just a hit miss type hing I guess. Lol.

I was spraying entire clones. that's why i used so much.

Yes i used RO water.

I borrowed a PPM tester from a friend of mine to make my sprays.

I never checked the water though. No big deal. I got it to work on the ONE plant i needed it to.

I've also come to the conclusion, I want nothing but REGULAR seeds from now on. lol.....

I'll practice the CS in the future to Self a prized pheno. but besides that. FUCK IT. Not exactly worth my time.

There are other methods I can try like STS or Rodelization.

All for the future. More knowledge I can gain on cannabis the better. :)

And this one HIT! Still gonna spray it with the 240 when it comes in. But that's only to try to increase the production.

Dank.. When it starts, if I don't keep spraying will it revert back to fem? lol dumb question of the day

I won't use T mist. Requires 1 fl oz per branch.

I paid $26 for 4fl oz 500PPM Colloidal Silver...
and just got 16fl oz 240PPM Colloidal Silver for $29

There's silver thiosulfate solution. STS. It's not as easy as CS and water but, it HAS had results in cannabis.

That's cool. Yeah, I make my own with RO water. Then just adjust it (ppm's) with adding back RO water to make ppm's of the CS high/low depending on how whatever strain I'm working on shows me its balls!! Haha

It was just another option I used both both work well the T mist is more consistent 1 bottle gets me enough pollen for few thousand seeds so for like $17 shipped not bad. I buy my 500 ppm cS online thing its like $19 delivered for 16 oz bottle saves time from having to make my own and the ppm is right on everytime.

Nice.. :) I may try out the tmist then. I just didn't like it when i heard how much is required per branch. I could just cut a clone down to one branch and do it that way. lol... :)

I appreciate all the info FilthyFletch. :)

Thus being the reason I make my own. Lol.. All it takes is like 3$ for a jug of RO water, then a adapter, 2 clips, a few hours of your time is it.. ;)

Stick those wires in that h20, wait over night. Simple as that..
