Tales, the next time you see your doctor see if you can get a script of flexeril. It's a muscle relaxer that works pretty good, I use them for lower back spasms. They're nice to have on hand. Not a big deal to ask for either.

Thats good advice. I would have really benefited from having my neck muscles relaxed when I tried to get to sleep.
My neck is still sore. But range of movement is fully regained and the soreness only occurs in specific locations when stretching.

Never been to Chicago. Familiar with china-town tho. San Fran has a really good one.
