Still good, or nah

Alright so I have 2 plants that I grew using the Fox farm ocean forest medium. I didn’t do my research on the soil just that it’s widely used. Over a month in it’s been so tiny I wonder if it still has a chance as I did level them up closer to the light

Looks ok just kinda small for 4 weeks old. You need MOAR light.

It's a bit small but looks fine. Looks like you started the seedling in a 3 or 5 gallon pot?
That will significantly slow down the growth. Next time start in a smaller container then transplant.
