When they get clogged up it restricts exhaust flow and will increase engine running temps and cause overheating, not bullshit
No way if it's slammed clogged the Vehicle won't run. If it's partial clogged it will lack power. a cat will not cause overheating no way

No way that can happen. If an exhaust plugs up. Or a little. It can't make the engine over heat on just that. Would have to be a domino effect if anything . of other stuff making it over heat.

1978 Rabbit would not make it out gate to leave work at Lockheed. Cat was clogged, poked a hole thru the matrix and drove home 1988. When something fails it is easier to diagnosis! So did the over heating get fixed?

Me either the Internet can't lie its the internet. If you can understand the Basics it's not possible as it will blow back thru the Intake or into another cylinder. But hey I am not a certified mechanic for maNY years. You prob have a blown/leaking head gasket.

So they took the radiator off and took it to a radiator shop, the shop said the radiator is fine.. they also said they checked all the coolant passages through out the block.. the shop owner said it he checking the sensors now, he said basically it's confusing him.. the whole coolant system has been overhauled completely.. He also said he is not charging me for any labor.. So at least that's good
