Need more information. What lights? How far away are they. They look like they would need more Nitrogen, Calcium and Magnesium. You could be over watering them.

Sorry for the lack of info i was in a rush.

Ace of spade
Strawberry cough
Sour D x G13

I have 5 of each. All are suffering the same but not at the same rate. It doesn't seem detrimental but still has me concerned! I have a T5 46, and for the most part ive kept it an inch away from the tops but now have it 2 inches above. PH'd water 6.5. The seeds sprouted the 10th of january so we're two days past 4 weeks. I will be transplanting these bad girls into Subcools Supersoil. I have 4 TREES in SS now and are loving it.

I could up the dose of buddha grow and sense cal. I didnt do a 1/4th feeding of nutes i actually did a 1/8th sticking to the (less is more) rule of thumb.
I have a moisture meter but also i don't feel i am over watering cause i wait to water until the pots are very light in weight. Also the seeds sprouted and once rooted i placed them in PRO-MIX. Seems to be alright....? except the yellowing.

Thank you for your time

looks like N def. they're 4 weeks old. idk much about soil, but i'd begin feeding them in accordance with the feeding schedule. in coir i start full strength two weeks after rooting.

would it be wise to flush first and then immediately feed or flush and then wait a few days and then water with nutes

I wouldn't flush. You need to feed. They are definitely N deficient and possibly Cal deficient too. Bump up the feeding.

No, do not flush!!!! Everything seems good to me from what you explain. Just bump up the grow and maybe add a little bit of calcium and magnesium. I don't know what macro and micro nutrients are in your Buddha grow. Transplanting would be a good idea. I use pro mix myself and love it.

IMO..I'm having a similar problem to yours (mine sprouted at around the same time as yours did) and after listen to some tips on my post + some careful re-observation I would say:

1. Don't flush! What will you flush? They seem N def to me and a flush would increase the def problem you already have + they would be practically swamped with water and no oxygen until it all dries up.

2. Repot as soon as you can. Check if there's any rootbounding going on and that MAY (just may) be another cause of your plants situation. No need to flush. Just run some water through them so the roots don't get affected as much compared to when repotting 'dry'. Then put them into the new container and give them a good watering with any decent root nute and maybe add some calmag nute.

3. Since you will repot into 'charged' soil I wouldn't start feeding. You could try some foliar feeding with not more than a 1/4 to 1/3 strength 'grow' nute and Ph to 6.5

Hope the above can help..just using common sense: Don't starve them of what they already dont have enough off & don't create other situations of stress for them.

I did not end up flushing them, i went with my gut and kind of like Flyingtime below said "flush what" lol. I gave a little less than half strength of BG(buddha grow), hygrozyme, and sensi cal. gave them all a good watering and will have updated pictures in a few days to see the progression! I will transplant into 7gal smartpots this week for sure! Do you mix anything with premix like extra perlite or anything? i like pro mix so far as well. Thanks again guys!

Hey BM7. I'm happy you went with your gut feeling. I myself am going through my moment in the 'hourglass'...just being patient and not expecting things to happen overnight. I mean, if the situation they're in isn't deteriorating day by day then it's ok.

Your idea with the feeding before repot time is good! If I may suggest, depending on your planning, I would let them go those extra few days to stabilise and get back into good health and then repot...just to avoid rushing and then just for the sake of repotting you end-up chasing another twist of the same problem.

I thought Buddha grow was gana be the shit tell I bought it and tried it, that is probably your problem. All of aurora innovations are over priced and useless, watered down bull shit. 2–0.25–1.5 isn't even close to what pot needs your N-P-K should be around 4-2-5 or 7-4-15. I'd say your just not feeding them correctly. Its not a Cal-mag def or a nitrogen def its a Potassium def.

Potassium def "Potassium serves to aid in the process of photosynthesis, nutrient uptake, respiration, and is a key to sturdy stems and disease resistance."

no k = problem with nutrient uptake

My opinion may or may not be correct.

Ive used theyre whole line of products for 3 harvest now and haven't had any severe issues! In fact some very fruitful looks buds =) but it did take me a little while to figure out to use and mix the nutes the way the plants wanted them! Also i used in aqua flakes in my titan flow n grow and that turned out pretty freaking awesome as well! had extra little nodes all over the places!!!! but not the quite the size of the soil plants! Soil ATW!!!! lol

Thumbs up. Glad to see you have a brain haha. I only add 20 to 30% vermiculite to pro mix, that's it. HB gave me that advice and it has greatly improved my plant's growth. Hexthat might be right about the Postassium, however I know it does need more Nitrogen along with it.

hey bm7! any update? how the kids doing? i've been pretty quiet with mine and it turns out that the only problem was not enough N. After repotting and watering you can imagine they took their sweet time to recover. But seems they are on their way.
