Stolen Identity?

Someone stole all my important documents like social security card,birth certificate,bank card,GED,ETC.

How easy do you think it would be for some people to financially hurt me if they have this stuff?

The people who I think took it know nothing about fraud,computers pretty much anything like identity theft.
Do you think they could still somehow hurt me with this shit?

come on what do yo think? They could ruin you in a heart beat with that info.................whole new ID for someone and pretty well not much you can do about it.........sorry Dot.......that sucks man.

i hate to say it ....'s, but fucking an a right they could really fuck yah if they have all that shit.. especially the birth certificate and your social security card.. even if they don't know anything about id theft, i'm sure that they could sell it all to someone who does..
i don't even know what to tell you to do about it either.. maybe get on one of those web services like identity guard on one similiar..

They just need to know someone who knows about identity theft. If they're crackers or shit like that, they could sell off your info to anyone.

I don't know how practical all of this info is, but there might be some good pointers.

I had the same thing happen to me. I was in the process of moving (i was really living on the street at the time lol) and had ALL my personal stuff in a backpack. Im talking Drivers licence, sociol security card, atm card (maxxed out lol), credit cards (maxxed out for awhile), Birth Certificate, Car title, and even my High School Diploma..

long story short I set my bag down for a second when I was in a gas station and it was gone. Talk about a set back.

I still have no idea if my identity was stolen becuase my credit is soo f-in bad I havent tried to be approved for anything sense the. Oh well, life can really be a bitch sometimes. lol

You definitely need to worry, but it sounds like you caught it earlier. I'd report all that shit stolen, or go talk to a lawyer or insurance provider so there's proof you've been trying to stop it

yah, i've heard about that company before too.. are they the ones that used to run the ads with this guys ssn on the side of a big truck in nyc with his face and name and would say that if anyone stole his id, they reimburse you for like up to $1,000,000... not sure if it is or not, but that is where i would start, a place like that ...'s...
and sorry to hear about that, it blows no doubt..

Not to mention you could have warrants in your name if the person gets an id card or drivers licence with your info.

that was a big joke...LOL that guy got so many thefts on him they couldnt keep up...............you dont see that add anymore posting his SS number lol.....leave it to kiddies to hack LOL............google that and its a funny story.........well not funny cause ppl id are stolen......DOTS i would do like the others say contact a lawyer and he can get yo on the road.......your credit and all could be fucked for life.............at least you can say you tried and stuff..............good luck........oh and thanks for the new car.

I couldn't call the cops even if I wanted to.There gonna get suspicious because nothing else was taken.They went right for the safe and left all the electronics.
I dont even have anything illegal in here right now but I dont want them to have any extra suspicion.Once they see just a safe was taken and im sure one of the cops who comes will know me so there gonna immediately think it was drug related.

now you mention it stoned, i haven't seen that add in awhile.. i'm gonna have to go google that shit now.. that is pretty crazy though that it blow up in their face like that though..

You said you suspected someone........go check em out and get it back if you cant call the cops......do a undercover thing on them and be cool and buddy buddy or something of that nature............you also said the arent into ID theaft...they may of taken the safe for cash or drugs and toss the ID stuff due to scared of being caught with it........hopefully
