Stoned Driving. What are your thoughts?

it's such bs, i've been driving stoned for years and years, over 20, and have never gotten into an accident while stoned..
you can't even compare driving stoned to driving drunk, it's so not even close to being the same thing..

Well I am curious as to how much smoking would constitute a test of 5 nano-grams. This is what they are trying to implement as a baseline for DUII with weed. They are talking about trying to implement one of two tests. One is a blood test that would indicate being on it. Well since it stays in your system for so long, many are crying foul as we would all test positive. The other is a field test in which they could detect recent smoking from your saliva. However many proponents are saying this test is not accurate. I think they need to come up with some way to determine if you have smoked, say within the last two hours or so. If they cant than they just need to drop the testing altogether.

Was talking with my doctore and my last blood test showed me at 7 and I am a daily cannabis consumer. Does tyat mean I can't drive any more?

If all this stuff passes, and they put the limit at 5, than yes you would be driving under the influence if you got behind the wheel. They need to change the way they are going to test.

You've always gotta be careful when driving, but drunk driving - No No. That shit is dangerous! Been there, done that and it's not fun. Driving on shrooms ain't cool either.
Honestly the best driving I ever did, under the influence or otherwise, was back in high school after I smoked some seriously high grade crystal meth(I know I know, flame away). Speed limit was 35 mph and I had the car pegged right at 35 and not a quarter of a mile an hour over or under that the whole way.
And no, for the record I don't do that shit anymore.

In the great city of Dallas, the cops have a task force looking for DUI's that poke and test you on the side of the road and on top of that it's non refuseable, meaning they'll tazer you then take it if you give them lip.

shit is crazy man. i still can't believe those random test points. my dad ran in to one in up in the mountains in virginia. pretty much same as texas...don't refuse unless you wanna check out their county jail. he even told me when i was down there, don't backtalk these cops they'lll make you wish you didn't. i honestly don't drive anymore. it is the number one way they can fuck with you around here. oh are you high? let me have you follow this pen around with your eyes? ok you are high. lol really?

Dude, I lived there for half of my life and yes - you'll get paranoid driving around that place. Fucking cops EVERYWHERE there.
