Stop feeding before harest??

I've heard many different opinions on stopping nutrients 2 weeks before harvest. I personally have always stopped feeding 2 weeks prior because thats what many have told me to do. Has anyone personally tested this theory and gave their plant nutes all the way until harvest? The last few weeks the plants explode and I would imagine that they would want alot of food but most off us cut off their supply. So if anyone has tested this theory I would love to hear the results.

I do 3 week flush,but I give them A lil molasses 1st week,then just water after that.I like the leaves to yellow up towards the end.

I have 3 red diesels going right now and they are all a little different in size. i think im going to feed one till the end and dry and cure them the same and see if i notice a difference in taste.
