Im growing easy rider auto fem, shes been out in my greenhouse for 3 weeks now, but she is still only about 2 inches high with four leaves. There is no air ventilation at all in there, could that be the problem? I am using organic soil and have not added any nutrients yet. Here are some pics of a week ago, she has hardly changed in the slightest. What am i doing wrong?

Don't add nutes yet.

Ventilation is important.

It looks healthy, it just might be that all the growth is below the surface.

As long as it's healthy, be patient.

I agree, patience and it looks like it will come good. Also, could be a bit chilly still outside at night which may have reduced growth (depends where you are located). I just put a couple of trays of little yins out in my greenhouse (Northern Europe) and they are slowly coming around.

Well with no ventilation that plant won't be able to carry out a lot of it's planty processes...lol. So, get some air moving...go oopen the door, or a window, and get a fan...for real...they are way for more than heat...

the only way i can get any ventilation to to it is to put it outside, would the cold kill it? I live near Portsmouth btw, theres been alot of rain recently. Or should i just leave it in the greenhouse a for another week then put it outside? This is my first grow so i dont have much experience!

I agree with DST. I think the temps are probably too cool for it to grow well. What are your temps? Unless you have supplemental heat, I'll bet they are pretty low.

kinda looks to me like your giving it too much water. Let that soil dry out before you give it more water. I doubt nutes or no nutes has anything to do with it. Ventilation is good but if its out in your greenhouse I would sure think that there is some sort of air leaking in.. That young of a plant would get plenty of air from a leak, it's hardly using anything at this point in its life, so personally I would rule that out, next possible thing would be temp. If you cant get a heater in there to get some sort of temp control try putting a heating pad under the pot its in. that will atleast keep the soil somewhat warm.
