Storing Mary Jane

I was just wondering if I was to harvest my bud dry and cure.
Then vacuum seal it all by like the qp. How long could i store it for?
It be in a cold storage, seems best choice to me.

it will cure for up to 8 months then start to degrade. thats what i read regarding curing in jars. i never heard of anyone vacuum sealing it.

actually i think i read it like this.

it can continue to gain potency and flavor by curing in jars for up t about 8 months. then its at its peak and a good time to smoke. i dont actually know when it would start to degrade.

Sounds good I would just leave it in jars but Vacuum sealed bags makes it alot easier.

I hear that plastic and personal product is not good as personal product stored in jars due to it's flexibility to drastic temp changes as long as you burp it one in a while! IMO p

i dunno exactly but let me share a story...

Last October I harvested my AK-47 and White Widow, dried them for 5 days, cured them in glass mason jars for two weeks, then just left them under my bed as I had to travel.

What I thought would be a 2-week trip ending up being 4 months away from my bud. Naturally, my biggest concern was that I'd return home to a few jours of mould.

To my surprise, I opened the jars which were left under my bed for 4 months and the buds were even better than when I had left them.


So, as long as they're in an air-tight (preferably glass) container, in a cool and dark place, they should be fine.

My plan is to dry 5-7 days, then cure 3-4 weeks in jars burping. Then just vacuum seal it all. I can't see why plastic would hurt it since you get dope in a bag anyways.
Then my bud is just curing in cold storage till its her time. Like I said it would be easier this way and I only have so many mason jars.
Ill prob be pulling like 12 plants every 2-2 1/2 months These will be monsters to cause Im vegging them for 2-2 1/2 months.

I put a jar in my moms freezer. went to Iraq for 10 months and came back and it was like i never left.
