The problem with reading your thread, there are so many I want to grow. I have a strain from DNA Genetics called Sour Cream. It says it's a clone from the original sour diesel crossed with a g13 haze. Seventy percent sativa thirty indica. I'm probably one of the older peeps on this site and I miss smoking the sativa. Indica dominant strains just knock my ass out so I went kind of haze crazy my last order of beans. I have super silver haze, neville's haze, arjan's strawberry haze, arjan's haze#1 and hawaiian snow. Sour Cream. Jock Horror similar to Jack Herer and finally some Malawi99 from Afropips which is a cross of malawi gold and cinderella99. I hope to get some old time gold bud from this one. I also have the free skunk train beans that the attitude was offering for a free christmas special.

Nice thread, but it makes me drool.

Afropips Swazi Roibaard is a African landrace sativa with the origin from the Nikomati region of Swaziland. Warm African weather has been a good back up for local cannabis strains to develop their full potentials. Swazi Red is a pure Swazi Roibaard, a marijuana with strong genetics and an interesting look. She got her name from the preponderance of red hairs in the compostion of the bud. In South Africa it is known as "Roibaard", the Afrikaans word for red beard.
Cannabis Seeds of this very powerful marijuana behave is a typical sativa way. While growing, they build a formation of elegant plants with strong colas and good branching. Pruning is sometimes recommended to keep the natural wildness of this bred under control. Some cannabis farmers prefer to grow Swazi Red outdoors for her outstanding height, some samples can grow as tall as 3 m. However, indoor cultivation is not difficult; she performs well in all settings.

Typically, these pure sativa cannabis seeds take longer to grow and mature than her indica counterpartner. However, 13 weeks is not that bad for a sativa. First bud formations may appear already on the12th or even 11th week. Swazi Red is extremely resinous. Buds can reach the size of an adults forearm and covered with sticky juicy red hair are full of THC which is said to be as high as 20%. Higher THC counts over CBD produce a clear headed, energetic type of high. This marijuana strain has a strong odour, which has been compared to a fine cigar.
Like any other sativas, Swazi Red require more light, however, 12/12 light cycle is good enough for her to produce good yield. Outdoor harvest starts in November. The final product has a long shelf life and keeps a strong African hash smell and taste for ages.

Yeah, I plan on growing two of them my next grow. I'm also growing two jock horror. These are both regular seeds so I'm hoping for a male so I can cross the two. I will also be growing one arjan's haze#1 and one arjan's strawberry haze, which are both feminized. I want to get some experience with sativa before I grow my super silver haze, neville's haze and hawaiian snow. I'm not real good at keeping records but yeah, I'll start a grow journal for the sativas. I've been asking around since I have no experience with sativa but it's hard to get any info since so many people grow indicas. I've also been reading as much as possible on the subject.

Patience you say. Happily it's one of the things I've acquired over the past fifty six years, soon to be fifty seven. I'll be finishing up my current grow of ten plants in a few weeks. My partner in stupid has his fourth going now under t-5's, so when mine is finally finished, he should be about a month or so into his grow. We split our harvests down the middle. I'm hoping for at least twenty ounces with this grow and hopefully his will be around the same. For both of us these are our first grows under hid lighting so hopefully our yields will improve over time when we get used to what we are doing. Between the two of us I'm thinking I should have more than enough weed to keep me going until the sativas are done.

Cheese is a selected Sensi Skunk 1988 vintage. Purchased from the breeders shop in Amsterdam, from the man. The seeds where sprouted and this pheno has been kept and passed around in the UK since then.

Its for sure a rare 'sport' of Sk1. Which has been reported way back in the past. It is prior to there being any remake of the Sk1 strain in Adam, these where from the original seed batch we think, as its unlike any Sk1 ive seen since, as all have a lot more Afghani in the high and mix.

It has a almost pure Sativa high, with little to no body, unless harvested amber. It has a Sat dom growth profile and traits and will grow into a large diamond shape with multiple branches if left to bush. She clones easily, is still very vigorous indeed, grows fast and will go tall. Stetch from clone at 6 inch is to about 4feet in flower. 8-10 week flower, with a very adaptable cutting time, want it pure up, can be taken at 55 days, want to have you head on the desk with a cerabal 'couchlock' take it beyond 63, it isnt a Indica couchlock though, you could get up if your brain still worked. rofl.

Its a extreme resin producing plant. It will choke itself eventually i think. The nugs are incredibly dense, hard. Every little piece you pull from the bud will be coated in resin, no matter how deep in the bud you go. The high is long lasting, hard to build tolerance to.

The plant has been a keeper for all who have tried her. Very strong potency overall.

It got named the Cheese due to its really pungent smell, a real chemy pungent smell thats unlike the typical Sk1, not fruity at all. Pure fuel/chem smell...it smells like a drug. From miles, one ziplock bag is not even enough for a nug, you will smell it. Serious odor control needed in flower

i like the info ive been preparing my grow sites for a couple days already even though its early feb ive been diggin 5 foot deep holes that are as wide as the shovel and taking the quality topsoil from the first few feet and mixing it with a few handfuls of sand and a lot of compost and cow manure hopoefully this vast amount of good soil provides adequate space for a large healthy root system

I smoked Thai sticks back in the 70’s. They were thin buds tied onto 5 inch bamboo spines the size of toothpicks with thread. It was wonderful and super strong for the time!!

I see that Train Wreck has some Thai in its phenotypes but are seeds for the original family of Thai from back then available anywhere?

Thanks, S

K2 is a long-time reliable Dutch commercial strain because of it being a bit easier to cultivate than the “white” strains. K2 is a relatively compact plant forming tight buds. The smoke is strong and not too skunky. K2 loves sea of green and is a great choice for gardens of limited space. Yields can be very promising.

Plant Height: Medium; Indica/Sativa Mix
Buzz Type: Stoney yet High; All-around Buzz
T.H.C. Level: Medium; 8-15%
Flowering Weeks: 7-9
Yield (Dried grams per square meter in a Sea of Green): 400-500
Harvest Month: Sept.-Oct.

thats my favorite to grow!
