I'm attempting to select a strain that would go well for a medical grow on family private property.
The thing is...sometimes there is snow on the ground as early as mid-October, so cold temperatures are a concern. During the summer, it becomes extremely hot as well, with july-august temps frequently reaching 100 degrees. There is a lot of wind usually though. It is typically pretty dry as well.
The mean temperature for September is about 67 degrees F, while the mean minimum temp is around 45 degrees. However, if need be, I may possibly build simple greenhouse structures to protect them from extremes. I don't have electricity available, but I do have a 550 gallon tank to water them. Which I'm hoping is enough.
It would be very well hidden in the mountains (even though it would be protected under Washington State Law). I have never seen helicopters/planes overhead, flying in a searching fashion, but I would want something that doesn't catch the eye of someone above (I was thinking purple strains might perhaps do that.)
So I am hoping there is a strain that would absolutely, for sure be finished by mid-September (to be on the safe side).
Plus, does anyone know how many plants you can get away with, when having a medical recommendation, and caregiver documentation? I was thinking 30 plants would be under the radar, and legal, but do you think the government will still harass me?
Thanks for the help.
(btw this is all of course hypothetical )
