Strains for next grow

Hi!
I will soon start another grow inside my 5x5 tent. I cant decide on which strains to do so I ask you. I originally wanted to do 6 different strains but think I will try to do a SoG. I know that would be difficult with different strains, so what do you think? Should I just focus on one strain and do SoG or go with the original plan of 6 different strains? Can I even do a SoG with a mix of these strains?

The options are either these six: FEM.
Charlottes Dream CBD. Sativa.
Harlequin CBD. Sativa.
Durban Poison. Sativa.
Painkiller XL. Sativa.
Sweet Critical CBD. Indica.
Kosher Kush. Indica.

Or these six: Auto.
CBD Critical Mass Auto 1:1. Indica.
CBD Auto 20:1. Hybrid.
CBD Crack Auto. Hybrid.
Sweet Pure Auto. Indica.
Charlottes Dream CBD Auto. Sativa.
Sweet CBD Auto. Indica.

Or should I use one of those strains? And if so, which one?

A personal favorite!
Btw,forgot to mention that this grow will be used by medical patients. Both smoking and oil.

In that case you might want to grow something with more CBD depending issues the medical patients are experiencing.
