strange growth on growing tips

hello everyone ive got a problem with this plant the top growing tip looks frazzled or wilted what could be the cause of this and will it get any better?the other pics are from my flowering tent which i think is all girls and they are healthy

I tried to find a problem with your plant but there isn't an issue as far as i can tell in the pics you posted.

Could you post a better pic of what you are seeing so we can see?

ph
and wot lights are you using
if you could add this info it helps to solve your problem

temp never goes above 80 ph is 6.5 after adding nutes and im using a 250w envirolight
