Nice, is this your first grow, what does your grow area consist of, do you have pictures of your grow space?

Good luck with your grow!

i have two double closets. i want to start 3 plants every 2 to 3 weeks. so i get equal harvests. i have 2 4oohps and 1 250hps. im going to try to start 12/12 when the plants are about 1 foot. but when i grow then bigger there seems a lot of waste.vegg time 3/4 weeks.

Hey crazy i seen one of your other post where you said you start them under the 250 then move them to the 400. Dude, you are wasting a ton of light. Its only necessary to switch lights if you start with an MH then go to HPS. You need to start them under both lights and leave them there. They would be growing twice as fast, i guarantee that. If you are worried about it being to hot, just move both lights futher away. 650w a little bit away from them is better than 250w right on them. Its not like youll have to move it away that much either. And if you are doing this to have 2 closets going so you can have some going while you start others you would be better off getting some cfls to start with then move over to 640w. That would be 10x better than what you are doing now. Please explain why you are doing this. Ive went over it from every angle and i cant see any reason to do this. I mean look at your last pic, those big plants are in the dark compared to the other ones...that light doesnt cover enough space. Especially when you could add another 250w and cover tons more space. And whats a 250w in lumens? Its got to be around 30-50000 lumens. Also on your last grow did you start with the 250 then just add the 400 or did you only use the 400 by itself. Oh, and they are a little to wet. Dont mist them and let the dirt turn light brown and it will pull away from the sides and the pot will be dramatically lighter than when its wet.

Yeah man. I really didnt see why you were doing that. Then i read you had 2 rooms so i thought you had one i each and started them in one room. The best thing to do is go spend about 50 bucks and put like 10-16 cfls in there. Lowes sells the vanities that will hold 8 lights and with Y adapters on there thats 16 lights. That will start those things off alot better than the 250hps. You can put them like right on the plant, and the blue ones (Daylight or 6500k) will make them things thick and bushy as hell. You definately need to have both of those lights on the plants at all times. And the best thing to is is every time you water them move the ones that are directly under the 400 under the 250 and put the ones under the 250 under the 400. That way they get equal exposure to both lights. Worsk perfect. Youll be amazed at how much bigger and better they will be if you start under cfls then move under 650w. Thats actually alot of light for that size grow room. Youll absolutely love the results!

Edit: Oh, ok i see you start them under some floro's it looks like. Trust me, go get one of those vanities that holds however many lights you want but i would say like 10 or more. Then get some of those 23w 6500k (Daylight). Or get the highest Wattage you can find but make sure the light is like 3500k or higher or the light will be called Daylight. The Softwhite ones are more red so stay way from low kelvins or softwhite lights for starting them.

Crazy, looks like you are doing just fine by the looks of that bud in your hands, Oh I was informed to use a low watt fluorescent light for clones and I would use flos for the motheres as well.

Keep up the good work!

Yeah I'd say they are ready, I put mine in soil when they first crack and set them in my room under normal circumstance until they break soil, then I'll put them under lights, some put them under lights from the get go but you don't have to.

Put them anywhere you want as long as it's warm at least room temperature, also ease up on the water, you want to keep them wet but not that wet, my guess is that they will break soil before you'll have to water again, as soon as they break soil put under lights.
