Stress, Bugs, Deficiency? HELP!!!

I am having an issue with my plants as you can see below. The photos show you the worse case as well as the same issue developing on other plants.

I am running both Coco and DWC at the moment and the issue seems to be across both mediums.

Originally I thought it was due to stress based on nutrient lockout as the issue only appeared on two or three of my Coco plants so I tested and flushed the entire batch.

I went away for a week and came back to find a Red Spidermite infestation on some of the plants but none visible on the DWC. While treating I noticed that one or two of the DWC plants have the same issue.

The heat of the room fluctuates from 22 - 26 degrees, there has been one or two days above that while I was away reaching a max of 28.

Humidity ranges from 65-70%.

I am runming 6x240w LEDs in a 3.6x1.5 space. The lights run on a 18-6 cycle but I noticed last night that the timer had been moved and was now running 24/7.

I am really struggling to pin point the issue. Any help would be great.

I know, I really misdiagnosed the issue and someone has advised that it could be thrips.

I saw early signs of it but sprayed neem oil as a preventative.

If it is a bug issue, is there a chance they will recover?

This is not only a bug issue, because Cannabis can grow still healthy even after an infestation with thripse or mites. Just search for small insects and take a pic.
This looks like an awful lot is out of whack in your pots. Can you give some details on nutes, watering schedule and what you're using for substrate? Coco with added perlite?

Yes with perlite.

I am using GHE FloraCoco Grow and Bloom as per the recommended ration but only to 400ppm for CoCo @ a ph 5.8-6, I let the containers get slightly light before watering.

For the Hydro I am using GHE 3 part, 600-800ppm @ the recommended ratio with Ph 5.6-5.8 with with a microbe additive called Environoc 401.

I moved over from the using the 3 part in the Coco to the Floracoco before the issue started but nothing has changed for the DWC, which is having the same issue.

The thing is that its not consistent amongst the plants.

I tested the PPM of the runoff over a week ago and it went from 115ppm to 200-500ppm so I flushed using GHE Florakleen, roughly 4-5l per pot and havent watered since.

I have had a small issue with light stress as I turned up the stength slightly and the plants are also recovering from that.

Could it be a combination of enviroment with nute lockout and bugs that has created mass stress on the plants?

Is there coming back from this kind of stress?

Looks like mine did when the russet mites took over. I really, really hope not but I’d look with a good scope to see if there’s any tiny maggot looking things on & under the leaves, way smaller than spider mites. They don’t move fast, will clump together when there’s enough of them, and they seem to burrow into the leaves. Little jerks. They love resin glands & from what I saw can cause new growth to dwarf. Or maybe caused a virus that caused the dwarfing? I dunno. Needless to say it’s devastating.
Only plants I managed to save were the young ones I threw outside in 100+ degree heat. The plants were stunted but they finished alright.

Check your stems for a brown powder. If you see that you have russets. I would scrap and start fresh.

So I have removed the plants that are most infected, checked under a microscope and noticed I have russet mites.

The ither plants are it nearly as infected, they are showing small signs of russets.

My question, is there any way of getting them back to full health?

They are still in veg and I have read thay neem oil helps tremendously, any else you guys could recommend?
