i realize i haven't been giving my plants enough light. but i am wondering if there is still an opportunity to save them with more light. any advice would be great.

i know it was foolish but i only had 2 20watt florescent bulbs before. i have since realized i need about 6-8x that.

you can try to save it with more light though i'm not sure it would be worth it. obviously the yield will be greatly affected (if you can get any at all). if you know it is female maybe you can take some clones off it and start again when you have better lighting?

i dont see how lighting would do that? i had my first plant under a 40watt incandecent bulb, then switched to a 40watt halogen bulb, fair enough i only got 2g's dry weight, but it grew 'healthily' other than funal gnats...

i am in chile, and have no clue where to getting the rooting gel or liquid. is it necessary to clone??

i mean are these rooting gels or liquids necessary to successfully clone?
or is there another way without them?

good articles in the growfaq on cloning, the water method works ok.

I had a stretch problem after I went away for a week and left them too far from light, they were 12" with only 5 sets of leaves.

whilst doing a repot I scraped into the stem a little in certain places and root gelled them (to encourage new roots further up) and buried them deeper in the pot and got a 400w hps, they bushed out nicely and so far I have 2 nice girls and one 5 headed bush that has yet to show sex, im behind by about 3-4 weeks but im just getting some nice clones established.
