stretching?

Yep...it will stretch with lights being to far away. Especially when using CFLs or other light sources that can not penetrate.
Looking @ you pic...I would recommend getting those lights about 1-2 inch away.
For CFL grows. Next time do a SCROG.
You will be very happy with the results.

those cfl's should be just about touching the plant. never had much luck with cfl's after the sprout stage.

Yes stretching happens for a couple of reasons.

1. Light too far away.
2. Not enough light
3. If you under feed
4. If you switch to 12/12
5. If your day and night temps have more than 4C difference

+1 yours are stretching from what looks like not enough light or too far away.

ok i probly under feed as well but got much better plans for the next grow so not too worried about this one

I told it to you last week zigg ... Your light's were too far away .. but the upgrade you made with those '' reflector and they way you put them a little bit closer is better.
Now you can't do a shit as your plant will begin flowering but next grow just put the light 2 or 3 inch away from the plant and put a fan right on the light so it spread the heat .
