Stretching ...?

Hey guys,
so it seems every time I start some new seeds they pop within 24-48 hours,then they always seem to stretch 3-4" and tip over.i use rockwool cubes.the plants always seem to end up fine,I just see so many other pictures of better looking babies...
Any suggestions??

Light distance and temps are key with youngin"s. What are you using for lighting?

Go to a homedepot or hydro shop and pick up some T5s and place them 2 or 3 inches above.

No t5. Just been using cfl until I put them under mh/hps...

If a t5 is the answer then I will get one next round!
