Struggle with cloudy enough?

Hello, throwing this up outside my grow journal to get more advice. I struggle sometimes to judge what's cloudy enough.

Week 9 flower. I also seem to be losing 10 fan leaves every 2 days, shes thinned out decently over the last week. Hoping she'd swell, but haven't been able to keep the temps below 80. Day starts at 77F before work, got a fan going and a humidifer, when i get home is 83-85F with 38-48 RH.

Does heat inhibit swelling? I know it can volatilize/gas off terps. This will be only my 3rd harvest. Chop or wait a week? Thanks everyone.

They look nice, I would wait a week or two before chopping and let them fatten up a bit. As far as heat, I don’t think 83-85f will stop them from bulking up unless it’s some weird strain specific thing. I’d try to keep the temp closer to 80f if possible to minimize terp loss as you mentioned.

I'll second that, they look good dude!!
But now that they're pretty much done growing, they'll dramatically reduce the amount they drink, consequently the RH should go down too from reduced transpiration rates. If you were to cut off the dehumidifier, you could lower your temps a tad, but I'm curious to know where you'd be sitting with the RH.

Also, maybe just run your exhaust non stop.

My exhaust is supposed to be 200+ some cfm, so plenty of movement, and she does run 24/7. Got a 10" floor fan on setting 1. Any higher makes the colas dance too much. S*** I even leave my bedroom window open, which temps have been 35 to 59 outdoors. Shut off the vent to my bedroom and put a towel underneath the bottom of my door so the heat in the house doesn't get in there. Think I need to set up my taller fan every morning to suck the air from the window in all day, figured just being open would be good enough.

Alright thanks growmies! My mind was playing games - "oh the branches are leaning, fan leaves dropping quicker than I've seen before, temps are kinda high, dont wanna come back to the whole plant collapsed do ya?!?" Lol

Also, there's a lot of support, some studies on other flowering plants, than below 80 is key to bud swelling. I'm about to take all my old computer parts' heatsinks and attach em to my lights lol. Some bitch i just want some tops that are at least half the size of my fist lol

Lower temps do help the swell and ripening, it mimics the natural change of seasons. But it's not a "golden rule" or absolute, but yes it does help. Eitherway, she will ripen when she done.

Another curious question, since she's cannibalizeing fan leaves, obviously means it's needing some nutrients from them, which even though I fed decent tiger bloom (2-3tsp, bottle dosage), I wonder if adding a light amount to a foliar spray would help any? I've never done a foliar, but I've read thats a quicker way of absorbtion. Or would that simply cause the plant to potentially drink even less since it doesn't need as much PK since I put it on the leaves?

Sorry all, I just get super sciencey and nerdy on this s*** sometimes trying to think of how to get that next 1% of goodness out of her.

Pretty sure the only thing you can spray is integrated pest management stuff that is safe but nothing should be sprayed if possible. I never searched into that as I never foliar fed but its just common sense could be wrong. That youll be smoking whatever you spray it with.

I just tend to see foliar feed in veg plants. Would be yet another thing I could learn today though. Even if you could idk just unappealing to me. You know what I talked myself itnto looking it up says no mainly due to mold which hell yes Id avoid.

Yeah true on the potentially smoking up synthetics if i sprayed...ill probably skip hahaha, hadnt thought of that

well they're still cannibalizing fan leaves, though I like the Havana colors lol. Makes me wonder if I'd defoliated like many, would my buds be the ones changing to the beautiful purple, pinks on some of the fan leaves. She is fattening up a little, I've gotten some more lean from the branches but the trellis is doing its job.
EDIT: also, I've adjusted the lights to 11/13; need these babies to ripen up!

Left photo is 12/14, right image is today(12/21).
