Struggling to get jars below 74% humidity

Mine is all normal. But his all white brother has one blue one gold eye and he’s deaf.
so far the vet has been impressed with my little guy being healthy. I guess all white cats can sometimes be unhealthy from the jump.

stem snapping is a terrible metric for determining if drying is done. first off, some people hang whole plants and dry trim. some people break everything down small and wet trim. also, what stem is being referred to? the main stem of each cola? the tiny stems that attach individual buds to the cola stems?
Bottom line, if there are buds in jars that read over %70 they never should have gone in the jars to begin with regardless of what the stems are doing.
