I doubt that somehow, with them drain trays. He must get into some kind of meditation state to water them by hand.

I have another question. My plants have just went into flower I have them in 15 litre pots. I put them in them from 5litre.. on the 7th will they be ok for growth?

hey DoubleA just wanted to ask you a quick question, i recently switched to an ez cloner unit vs my old rapid rooter method, i generally like the product but have noticed since using it that my success rate for clones is down by alot,, with rapid rooters id maybe have 1 out of every 10 clones not root, with this ez cloner ive only had 6 out of 12 pop roots, when i did clones in rapid rooters i would make my 45 cut, then gently scrape the outer skin off the lower part of the stem, and sometimes id even slice a bit of the stem in half too, ive tried all these methods now in the ez cloner, just the 45, 45 with skin scraped, 45 with skin scraped and sliced and it doesnt seem to make any difference for my results. i am using root tech rooting gel on the clones and the only 2 chems in the cloner unit are a slight bit of dyna-grow K-L-N rooting hormone and clear-rez (recommended by ez clone instructions) PH adjusted to 6.2
any advice on upping my success rate with this thing?

I always have roots within 10 days. If they aren't long roots they at least show root growth. I know if I dont have any roots within 2 weeks I have a problem. My Mikosa roots in less than 10 days but my Ghost Train Haze takes a little longer. Do you have anything starting to form from the stem
What in the world were you adding to the aero cloner? They require water only. I only clean mine out with fresh water and some apple cider vinegar once every month to two months. I've used my aero cloner for over five years and have never had problems.
Me as well. I've used mine for over five years. I've had to replace a few jets once, and the neoprene a couple of times, but other than that I've had absolutely no problems.
Plain water, no rooting gels or anything. Just cut, scrape, put into the cloner for 10-15 days.

I just found out that the size of the cutting plays a big part in when roots show. I have a 2inch cutting 1.5 month old no roots and a 4day 9inch clone with roots coming out. All other medium size cuttings no roots after a week. From now on I will only bother to take colossus size cuttings.

hmm.. sounds like you’re doing everything right. How’s the water temp?.. they won’t root if the water is in the upper 70’s or anything above that. Only thing I can think of. I sometimes have to throw some ice cubes in mine.

We have a processing room outside of the grow room that we transplant, and bring them into the grow area. On watering.. since we can pretty much flood them at watering, eventually they start drinking at different rates. So one day we may have 20 that need water, and 16 the next. I think the most we’ve had to do in one day was like 27. With 2 people mixing and watering, it takes about 2-3 hours a day. After that, the rest of the day is free. We have a flag system we use. First we probe every one to see which ones need water/feed. Red flags mean that the last thing they had was feed. Yellow flags mean the last thing was plain water. We drop the flags and highlight it on the water log. Paige will start watering/feeding, and I will go behind her and swap the flag, and sign off on the water log. Next day, do it again.

Exactly. It’s a calcium, lime , rust remover. A lot of people use it to clean their coffee pots. We have hard well water, so we use it quite a bit.
I just added water and a little clonex nutes after the first week.
Maybe I should have persevered trying to get it cleaner, but after my clones died off the second time I stopped trying and just started buying new components and drilling my own holes every time - I knew I would get 100% that way.
For the amount of clones I was getting I could "almost" justify the cost..

I took one out today n it looked soft but no roots al check in a couple of days al let you know
Imma have to try this. I didnt think taking small or big cuttings matter

More plant = more stores energy within the cutting. Take the biggest cutting possible. Like. A whole branch. I have a mom in hydro, that grows so fast that any big chops grow back quickly, but taking small cuts don’t seem worth it

Nothing wrong with those clones at the top of page,At that age don't worry about how they look if there green and has long has they stay green just do not rush em ,Wait till they get a nice root mass and then put in your medium.I have never been a fan of that type of cloning tbh .I prefer rock wool propagator and misting for a week ,then after that make them work for water ,they need a bit of warmth ,but again i'm not a fan of heat mats .They should get enough warmth from a light ,i use a small plug in heater works great 10/10 with every one i've done .Just be patient they will be fine

I cut clones and then it goes straight into first pot, with coco. Put a small freezer bag over it and they root out.
