Struggling youngin's

Well, I never thought I'd have to post here. I've been a member for quite a while, and have numerous successful grows under my belt with very few problems (most I had were answered through searches). Unfortunately, this time hasn't gone as planned.

Here's the deal; I have 6 young ones started (the seventh didn't germ, notice the picture), one or two I plan to keep indoors under a 250w, the remaining will be outdoors. Last weekend I went to see the Dead in Massachusetts (hooray!), and evidently over-watered them before my trip. I came back and they were drooping and yellowing, how unfortunate...

I've used the same strategy for my previous grows. Upon germination, I place the seeds in Promix and water them every two/three days. They were started under CFLs the first week and grew healthy (first picture), upon coming back they haven't made much progress... I've been putting them outdoors for a few hours a day under the sun in attempt to revive them. I trimmed a couple of the yellow leaves because I was sick of looking at them.

The tops of the plants appear to be green and healthier, but they're still very droopy. My question is, I plan on planting them outdoors in two weeks... is it worth putting these outside or should I just start over? I'm using the same seeds I have in previous grows (bag seeds from a decent outdoor grow, not sure of the strain) and have plenty left.
