The main cola will obviously produce the most, but try doing selective harvesting to gain the most weight.

got any examples? do you take off the main cola first then harvest as ready?

Yes but you can take a second harvest from the same plant. Just cut whats ready and re harvest.

The leaves and root system support the plant, not the other way around so if she's got those she's good and wont have any problem. I dont see any one main cola, youve got ton and tons of them, all those budsites from your training should all become top colas themselves. if you mean that one that is a bit taller in the background you should go ahead and lst it, dont let any cola become the dominant one so they all get an equal amount of the auxin that directs a growth point to be the main one. Those little ones on the inside should all form into clumps and be a part of a bigger cluster. you should contemplate improving your lighting situation as well.

by improve lighting?? you mean what? they are now on 4 x 26 wattt (actual) and 2 150 watt equal( i believe 42w their big bulbs; of course they're 2700k lums, don't want to sound like a dick but how can i?? switch to hps? trying to do so with a very limit budget and i saw cfl as another option. also not to bo a whore but check my other post

Your lighting is actually adequate for the size of the plants your growing; but down the road if you want to double your harvest, go with a hps.

When did i say add an hps? if you want good dense fat colas you will need more light, its quite simple really. i used 24 40w in an area the size of yours, it shouldnt be that hard for you to add some more.

Yes. Usuallly the main cola's (being closer to the light) will finish quicker than the supporting budsites that have been in part shade for most of their life. When the main colas are harvested, it allows the surrounding budsites more light to fatten up and mature. This is also the reason people LST; to avoid dominant colas.
