Stupid questioN~~~

i am a novice of growing,i have some simple questions ,but somehow i totally have no idea.i really appreciate if someone can give a answer~~

1. how tall is my white widow?some article tell me it will grow up to 80cm,but another tell me it can over 120cm,how come??or can i control it?but how to do??

2. so if i plant white widow, after it germinated, i should give it 18hr light for 9 weeks,and then become 12hr to let it to flower ? IS THAT ALRIGHT?
BUT why can i to flower it on 8th week or 12th week???????

damn it, if i know i will plant em, i should learn how to plant tomato or something previously,but i won't...........

for height its like this when ever u turn your lights to 12/12 your plant will get 2-2.5 times its size while flowering.

you can force flowering anytime by just setting it to 12/12 but the more u let it veg the more you will yeild just make sure to keep them from getting root bound and healthy never give nutes to seedlings wait about 3-4 weeks

I topped my widow at 3 weeks, kept vegging for 1/2 more weeks then switched to flowering 12/12. I'm just getting more experience for the 5 Fem Lowryder #2 seeds i have lying in front of me. The widow is currently about 2ft tall give or take a few cm's, wanted it shorter but whatever, it turned out female so i'm happy . Gonna flower until start/middle of december, started middle september ish. I'll probably fuck it up, but thats what it's all about for a first time grow

but i still don't know how long should i put them to flower(12/12),i mean how to judge it??by height?or just by time?

The time to flower of nine weeks is how long it takes to finish flowering at 12/12 not how long you veg for.

depends on the strain but if u get a magnifying glass or something that has 30x zoom you can see the trycomes the go from clear to milky to amber once 50% or so are amber is when i harvest
