Sucanat?

I've been reading a bit about this being better for you plants than molasses. Anyone tried it out?

Anyone have any input... I'm sure someone here has tried it before...

Wow, I thought this was a forum to discuss growing techniques and such. There's a lot of jabber on here, but not as much about growing as I would have thought. I do see a lot questionable posts like "Hey man, I just harvested like 8 zips from this 12 inch plant, dude, like look at me..." Really... I guess that I should have named my post "Hottest girl in RIU" or something like that... It seems like the a lot of the posts that have pertinent info here are largely ignored.

I use Florida Crystals http://www.floridacrystals.com/ and it works great. I have never tried molasses but its my understanding that these crystals are just pure sugar cane juice or molasses that has been dried and granulated. I think sucanat is the same as this, they are both "turbinado sugars"
