Success rate of having to transplant

ok so I have my girl in a one gallon pot and after msg the person who made this strain he recommended a 5 gallon.... this is my first time growing so I made the mistake of not having her in a proper final home before I put her in the dirt... I'm worried she will be extra small anyways due to the pot not being the right size. I realise That transplant can stunt her growth but she is still young (about two weeks) i figure I'd do it now?

Has anyone had any kind of success transplanting an auto flower? Did it yield close to your goal?

Please...any constructive advice is welcome...I know I fucked up -_- so let's see solutions lol

Ok so let me update :) I have just transplanted and it was extremely simple with no complications... the roots were not touching any walls of my pot and once I cut the bottom out she just came out in one whole clump... she is now in a bigger pot with fresh soil added and perlite which I was missing from before. The auto flower I am working with is Blue Dream'matic she is strong for a little one and even perked up more in the last hour :D IMG_4507.JPG
If you want more details about her I got a thread https://www.rollitup.org/t/blue-dream-matic-auto-flower-journey.962618/#post-14190969

I have transplanted some of my best yielding girls without problem. Just a gentle hand andmake sure you get all the roots with you together with the soil/coco they are in.
