Such a noob...are these ready to chop??

I’m having a bit of a hard time determining when to chop these girls down. Under magnification, the trichomes seem a bit cloudy but still see some clears and a few amber colored here and there. All plants are autos and at day 79. Are the calyxs swollen? I’m having difficulty identifying some other clues to harvest and want to cut these girls down at the optimal time.

How long does the prime cutting/harvesting time last? Do trichomes turn amber overnight or is it a slow process that I can see progress over a few days? Thanks
