Sugar kush day 44 into flower, could it be ready to chop?

i think i read that you chopped a leaf to check the trics and not by looking at the buds.. if so, don't, as leafs tend to mature faster than the leaves do, and since we are not smoking the leaves, you want to check the buds..

no need to cut one off to check it, simply focus the mic before placing it on a bud, and then just use the bud to balance the mic.. it takes a bit of practice but it really is worth it when you get it dialed in right..

Thanks racer boy, thats exactly what i did, but since people are saying they fatten up on the last week, im feeding just water and will chop next week

chop top halfs then leave bottom

I wouldnt mind chopping just the top, problem is my grow room is alsp my dry room, i wouldnt really have anywhere to dry

I know this is an old thread but that Sugar Kush looks alot like mine. Im at just over 6 weeks now and I plan to go 9-10 weeks on this strain.

Here she is at Day 37. Crappy picture but its got the same leafy bud structure with super frost coating on all the leaves.
