Suggested soil?

can anyone suggest me a soil recipe. I'm about to start my second grow and the first one a pal of mine did the soil balancing act. so any suggested set ups please let me know.

if it helps i will be growing inside possibly on my window sill or under as many lights as i can rig together. plus feed & nute suggestions.

I like fox farms ocean forest. I dont have to mix it and I have had very good results. For nutes I use Supernatural and Fox Farms products because they are both ph buffered so I dont have to deal with ph problems. Just the ec levels.
