Suggestions for Australian outdoor grow?

Alright, I'm looking at growing a small personal crop for myself, maybe 15-20 plants. But this will be my first grow, and I would like to know what set-up I should have to have a successful grow. The place that I'm growing in is a flat clearing in the bush (Australian Forest) and has plenty of sun and always has a slight breeze, which I know is ideal. There is a small stream nearby from which I can get decent water, and I do have a pump that I could take out there. But what gear should I use?, how should I grow the weed? and how long would it take to grow. I'll be using sativa seeds, and I'm happy with any strain. But yeah, please give me some suggestions so that I have a rough idea of what to do -Matt

So your at Newcastle yeah? That's a few hours north of me a great climate for growing , you have lots of time to plan your grow as you don't put plants in until October , and you would harvest about this time next year.
google "Aussie outdoor season has begun" and click on the first result , that's my thread , and on the last page I put some pics up and explaine what I used in my soil mixes , everything there you can buy from bunnings and will cost you fuck all , goodluck
