Okay so this is what I am planning..

Using mini excavator..dig 14x16x10ft hole into the dirt...use plywood walls made to same heigth to shore the walls...put in afer the hole is dug and can be evened out once in place. Put tarp over evened floor (under the wall!)

Once this hole is dug, using a platform to raise it off floor 1ft high, a 12x14x8 ft room will be built very meticulously. (Multiple layers of moisture resistance on outside, sealed multiple times with polyurthane, very thick strong treated wood).

If you did the math that left 1ft of openess all around the room, this area will be filled with solid concrete so there is a solid 1 ft around the whole room. (Still 2 feet of open at the top, and a hole left in the concrete for the door.

2 vents and power cords will be ran from the outside of the wall into the grow room, sealing all holes made with polyurethane.

As for the door I'm still deciding on specifics, but I will make it air light ir and moisture proof.

Inside of the room will have insulation and drywall put in and sealed with polyur. Then ir blocking material will cover the entire interior. Then inside this room will be a purchased dark room with all the goodies.

So its a dark room, inside a room, inside solid concreate, 2 feet underground. With combination of led lights, exaust will be ran through a long 25ft metal pipe(with duct ir blocker at the end. totally buryed 3ft underground to cool any extra heat that could be given off. Is only really nessesary for winter.

Next I will remove the outside ply for the top 2 feet and will fill back with dirt. What goes on this newly tossed up rich soil? A tomato garden! With this having to dig my way to the dirt will not look obvious since it'll all be turned dirt. And it gives me an alibi for all the work ill be doing and such.

Don't tell me its over the top nothings over the top. Want to do everything i can to not be found out. but I would appriciate any comments on my plan. Thanks guys

Not being funny mate but Jozef Fritzel built an underground complex, for different reasons, and he didn't want to get caught but he did as quite a few others have been.

For a start you need to know what the water table is for your area if it is high then you have problems straight away you would have to line the floor and walls with visqueen to stop water influx. any inlets water, electricity etc would have to be watertight as would outlets.

You would have to use heavy duty reinforced steel mesh on the base, walls and roof before you poured the concrete to ensure the structure doesn't collapse.

Water has an uncanny knack of getting where you don't want it even if you manage to seal it completely a heavy continuous downpour could see it flood. Secondly it is going to be a very expensive project and this cannot be done covertly and not in five minutes and it will also be labour intensive the concrete pour will have to be done in one go lots of mixing because it would be risky to use a ready mixed concrete company. I live in the middle of nowhere and put a small building up didn't take long for the planning officer to come knocking on the door.

Also heat rises and the concrete will absorb heat and release it, remember night storage heaters, creating an area hotter than the surrounding area and it doesn't need to be all that hotter to show up the difference a helicopter with IR detection will pick it up.

If I was doing it I would be inclined to put it under an existing building such as a garage or better still a greenhouse where a heat differential would be expected you could always vent into the greenhouse and utilize the heat to grow. By all means give it a go but give it a lot of thought before going ahead and cost it out.
