Summer Grow with no A/C

So as summer being here in Colorado I am ready to begin a new crop BUT my house has NO AIR CONDITIONING! My grow room is currently upstairs where it gets the hotest and I am thinking I will at the very least move it down which will help, but how can I regulate the temperature of my grow room if I cant in my house?

Your grow tent/room is never going to be cooler than the room its in...

ya its going to stay hot all through the summer and into the fall somewhat..So bring it down a level and get more fans blowing around, get an aircooled/cooltube if you can that would help awesome..

window or portable A/C is the only way. even with air cooled hoods and fans it will get too hot.

Sounds like you answered your own question A portable or window mount A/C unit, do be da answer. I have central A/C and it's just not enough to keep the room 10-15 degrees cooler, than outside. When a tent or cab is running. It's barely been in the low 90's yet, and I have already had "heat" issues. So, like you, I am going to have to bite the bullet and get a portable A/C unit for the room Even if it only buys 5 degree cooler temps, than the rest of the house.
