From the photos i would say at least another 7/14 days left, but all in all great looking plant.doing one of these my self......tyke

They are starting to look close, as soon as you see all your trics turn cloudy then it is time to chop. Looks like you did a good job, make sure post some harvest pics and weights!

I just harvested 2 SLH plants late last year. The trichs were cloudy for WEEKS. This is why I don't like the advice "harvest when all trichs are cloudy".

It's not until some of them go amber that you really know they are mature and ready for harvest.

IMHO

P.S. My SLH went 12 and 13 weeks flower, respectively. I had to completely different phenos. Just based on this information alone, I'd venture to say you have weeks to go.

Fair enough! I have never grown SLH so i can't comment to that effect. I find by the time there are no more clear trics I have the majority cloudy with a few amber kickin around. Good point though, if the amber trics hold off for an extra two weeks while the trics are cloudy that is alot more time for the plant to mature and fill out.

I'm sort of guessing based on experience and limited observation, but I think the advice "harvest when all cloudy" works out fine with indicas for the most part, because they don't stay in the cloudy stage for more than a week or 2. So it's not a bad indicator...

Whereas with sativas, you tend to have a longer cloudy phase it may be more important to wait for ambers, where are really the only true indicator that the trichs have reached (and are now passing) their ideal harvest time.

Ya think?

PS. the SLH were the longest running sativas I've ever done, I think the cloudy stage lasted 5-6 weeks on those. I'm not trying to tweak the buzz with trich colors, and obviously with sativas I'm not trying to undo the heady buzz with a bunch of amber trichs, but I can't bring myself to harvest before those first ambers appear. I'm afraid I'm pulling the trigger too early if I were to go any earlier than that.

Food for thought.

Great info WBD!

I found these pics of when to harvest and 95% of my trichomes are cloudy so I'm going to wait a few more days and then I'm going to harvest which will take it up to 8.5 weeks 12/12:peace:

The chart is misleading for a couple reasons, and you'll be harvesting much too early (weeks!). You have a very long flowering sativa and it will stay cloudy for some time. Look at what the breeder says about flower times for SLH, and they are usually quoting on the short side.

It's your garden though, do what you like -- best wishes! :bigjoint:

i've run the clone till 11 weeks with no ambers :) 10 weeks is perfect, there or there abouts :)

edit - wait, thats not "las's lemon" is it??? scrap that advice it dont mean shit, i was commenting on a particular clone thats done its rounds on here, thought thats what u ment

I'd say atleast another week u still got about 50% white pistils, but great looking buds u gonna have nice harvest. Peace n Pot bro

I'm going to let it go in till this Sunday then chop her she would of been flowering for 9.5weeks by then and all the trichs are cloudy already :peace:
