Super Low Budget grow

I tried doing my own little grow this year, and it sucks, because I didnt put enough effort into it. We have our own basement, but I didnt really put any effort into this year as I'm in school and broke. Also, this is my first time growing and I have no idea what I'm doing.

Here's my deal. I started these things from seeds on September 1st. I'm using one 48" Fluorescent lamp with two 48" plant and aquarium F40 bulbs, then 4 desk lamps with varied bulbs. Shitty, I know. At 54 days of 16/8, I had to go on vacation, had no way of watering them, so I watered them and shut the lights off, figuring they might die either way. I got back 4 days later and they were still very alive and the white pistols had started (I guess it stressed them, so I figured I might as well start flowering them) 12/12. I have 3 females. I'm now at day 21 of flowering, day 79 overall the budding seems very minute. These plants are very skinny, only the very tops are "full". I'm I really gonna get any yield or did I waste my time? How long do I flower them for? What could I do better next time? If there is a next time haha.

My avatar is one of the crowns from today (day 21 of flowering).

... You should have read a little before doing whatever you're doing... Not bashing you... but you know about the light cycles... you must've passed by light types... go out now and buy a few cfls... you might get an eight or two :D

I have CFL bulbs in everything in the house except those haha. just changed them over. I just read too, that I'll need at least 5 more weeks of flowering, so I guess I shouldnt worry.

Also, I dont really fertilize them, I just threw some eggs shells in a few days ago, should I be fertilizing more? Remember I'm on an uber small budget

you can order cheap hydro nutes from ebay for like $10, just mix it in your water every other day. If you not going for lbs don't worry about it. I herd dog poop works to. just got out to the local dog park and clean up after rover and put it on your plant.. hahaha. JKJK use your own poop

Poop!? Really :(
The dollar store has organic nutrient made out of bird and bat poop.
Buy a bag of their organic all purpose fert. it's 5-5-5. and only costs 5 bucks. Try the Dollar General.
Crush a teaspoon of those fertilizer pellets up and drop it in a gallon jug of water. Shake.

Basic rules for feeding

Day one, water with the jug with nutrients in it.
Day two, rest
Day three, water with a jug of just water
Day four, rest
repeat

That's a really low budget nutrient... It's organic... I've used it... But I don't feel right recommending it. Especially not for flowering.

You are already into flowering.... they got most of their nitroget out of the soil....
Buy some ginormous. Its the bloom booster buddy of Oneness, Humboldts one part nutrient line.
I think you'd get some decent results just dropping a bloom booster as complete as ginormous in there. By complete I also want to point out it lacks nitrogen which is apparently bad during flowering anyways. As the buds start coming fan leaves will yellow and fall as their remaining nitrogen is used up by the plant.

Jacks Classic is good cheap nutrients. 100$ for a grow can be a better start.

Get Jacks Classic nutes, some decent soil, CFL lights, air fan, Foil/mylar, pots to plant in, rooting gel for clones.

Then after first grow sell/save up and buy a MH light, then get an HPS ect, ect.

I would say save some allowance and get a $15 bottle of gh flora nova bloom. gh flora nova GROW (its a two part series) just seems to stretch the lil ones too much, anyways.
I think theres a few people that are using just bloom (maybe some molasses or some other shit laying around the house also) and doing fine for just learning. Really good for beginners, and one bottle will go a long-ass way.

I agree with what this guy said. You are already passed the grow phase, might as well just buy a bottle of bloom nutes and save the money for next grow. A small $15 bottle will go a long way.

Other possabilities:CNS17 Ripe
It's primarily for the last month of bloom. has a very low nitrogen level. Is supposed to be used in conjunction with CNS17 Bloom, but it's pretty much got enough in there for what you need now.

I don't think you have time to wait on shipping... Schultz makes a cactus food that is 2-7-7, perfect for bloom phase. Has a little dropper built into the cap even.
