are you feeding this seedling,4/5 days after popping my seeds allways go on 1.0,week after 1.1 week after 1.2 ,1.3,Thats if your seeds are under a good light like a hid or hps or i have a bank of t5's 2 x 4 tube ones the ones at 1ft x 3 ft for seed plants and clones.

Seeds take a good 7/12 days to get going the first few week are spent on root development,rather than height once they get a decent root mass they will fly up.

I feed has soon has the first leaves are about 5/7mm,the first few day the seedling ha its own bit of feed stored with in it.The reason i say have you gave it any feed it looks a little light so might just need feed.i post some pictures of my seeds i doing at the min in a minute they been out of the soil 3 days

its a plant(weed) it should do fine experience in transplanting or not. by the sounds of it id take the chance of transplanting into better soil or soilless growing medium. And if you are going to add nutes (which everyone will not advise) just use like 1\10 of the recommended amount. Just a little taste :)
i did to mine and some got a little nute burn yes but not much and they all did fine if not loved it
