Super Soil... How to get it ready??

Ok I am going to try using a super soil recipe this year. I have a couple simple questions.
1. Do I need to let this soil "cook" in containers of some sort and do I need to add some water for this?

2. When using super soil, you just fill the bottom 20-30% of the container with this mix... Correct??

Yes, you need to add water to the mix just until its evenly moist. You will add 40% to 50% supersoil to your pot.
