Super Soil Results

I know this thread is kinda old but maybe someone can still help me. I wanted to use the soil wi. I planned on using 5 gallon pots with 1/3 rd filled with super soil and 2/3 with base soil. Question is will this work? Has anyone tried it on autos. Big up to anyone who gives an opinion.

I did last summer. I filled 5 gallon smart pots half way and the rest with base soil. I even put a one gallon smart pot on top of that just to be safe. Unfortunately all of my plants were stunted. Not because of the SS, but I think my water is too clean over here (recently moved to another country). But I can say that the plants that did hit the soil, startedt to grow nicely. Oh,and it was DANK. I just wish grew bigger. So this year, I mixed my old super soil with my old base, im using this as my base. And I re-amendend the super soil for the bottom layer.

But go for it!! if your going to with just the 5 gallon, 1/3 shouldn't hurt anything.

Try googling "autoflower TLO Soil" Somebody on Autoflower. net grew in a hot soil as well. pretty good yield.

Thanks for the response tmacc. I did start my grow and was too afraid to use the super soil on bottom. Even though I just recently did see a grower use this method. I have however start them in 5 gallon pots and I've been feeding (top dressing) them with the super soil. They are a month old as of yesterday and are growing great. Next grow I think I'll try the super soil on 1/3 bottom of pot. A few pics I took a few days ago.

Here are the other two, all of them together and 5 wappas and 5 critical kush. The other 10 are in 7 gallon fabric pots and are the shit. I'll never use nothing else. Very easy to pull off.

This is both of them together and my best critical kush. I haven't started flowering that yet. The autos are now 36 and 31 inches tall, while the ck is only 20 inches but bushy as hell. Ck is about 40 days old.
