Super Stressing plants 2 weeks before harvest?

a lot of people have been saying that it is a good idea to stress out your plants 2 weeks before harvest because this apparently makes the thc production go through the roof and your plants with be completely covered!

a few methods i have heard of is:
changeing temps rapidly
sticking nails through the stems
not watering
leaving lights off

can anyone add anything to this or even tell me your opinions on super stressing.

Yeah, they're all fake.

You want more trichs then get a reptile UVB 10.0 bulb and run it for 4-6 hrs with your other lights.

oh really because i heard that those lights can provide too much of a certain type of light (cant remember which type) which really in turn would stress the plants right?

I wouldn't call providing the plants with light it normally gets in nature "stressing" it.

hmm interesting read but i do have a question, did that mention something about it lowering your overall yield but makeing it more potent?

I only care about potency so if it was mentioned I would have looked over it but as far as I know it makes no mention of it lowering yield.:blsmoke:
