Super Stretched tall bean pole- but female

My girls are all feminized.... I did it right and got FF soil & nutes.... but have been busy with work and have not been able to put my girls outside.

They are a little over a month old, and are extremely majorly crazily stretched.
There are about 5 inches between the nodes, and some are bendy.

I have a whole bunch under a 300w light inside.

WHEN I PUT THEM OUTSIDE WILL THEY BUSH OUT? right now they look like bean poles.

Please any thoughts? Should I LST Them right away? help thanks

buy a cheap timer, and put them under the light, not to far away I dont know how others dictate how far to put them but for every inch my plants are tall I move the light a 1/4 of an inch up stating at 2 inchs. so if your plant is 5 inches tall put the lights about 3 inchs away it also depends on the light you have?
