supercropping beginning of flowering?

Yes its ok.
Be careful so you dont break a branch = have tape at the ready.
Whats happening is your changing the apical dominance. But I have done this in the past and what I noticed is that, lets say you have two equal branches and you bend them straight horizontal and lets say ones at 9 and ones at 3 but the one that is at 3 falls down to the 4 o'clock position. That 4o'clock branch tends to get left behind and doesn't develop as much as the equal branch on the other side. So keep them all level (support them) if you do this, until they heal and they re-establish equal dominance around the plant.
Or if you dont go to that extreme its ok to bend a few here and there. In a couple of weeks ill post a couple of pics of my supercrop job i'm about to do. They were ready to go into flower last week.

First pic is after supercropping, second is of recovered joints.
Slowly and gently pinch, squeeze and rotate the stem between your fingers. Ideally you don't want to break the skin but if it's only a tiny bit like the first pic, it's fine. If you full on break it, then tape it. Good luck man

Pretty much just make a 90 degree bend on the stem, and if it doesn't pop back up in a few hours/ half day you did it right.

I wanted to add that you should do your super cropping before you water your plants. When the stems are full of water they tend to snap easier. Just be gentle and press the stem between your thumb and forefinger. Don't worry if its drooping and looks 'broken'. If you didn't break the skin you are fine. It looks really scary...but you will be fine.

WRONG. You DO NOT just bend the stem 90°! That's how you SNAP it!
